**Tragically Widening the Grounds of Legitimate Divorce

NOTE: Although John Piper and I disagree on the biblical grounds for divorce/remarriage (I could easily be swayed to embrace his view), his tenacity for truth is an encouragement to all in this age of relativism.

I recently had occasion to work through this issue from both the personal and corporate perspectives. I found Piper's writings with regard to his own position and his church's position to be very thought provoking; his arguments kind of left other arguments looking small and emaciated, writhing in the dust on the floor of an intellectual desert... Well, I mean, I'm just saying, is all. :) That's why he's Piper, I guess.
